+ Lesson Confirmation

Lessons are only confirmed to take place at their specific times after payment for them has been made. Unconfirmed appointments may be rescheduled by either party at any time. To reserve a slot and to avoid disappointment, please pay on time. Students having weekly lessons will have their usual time slots automatically reserved for the following month.

+ Payment Methods

For lessons the accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer in the native currency of the country in which the service is delivered. Online services and products purchased through the Shop can be made via credit and debit cards.

+ Lesson Cancellations

All appointment cancellations require at least 48 hours of notice to be eligible for reschedule within the month. This can be in the form of having the lesson at a different time within the same calendar month, or having a double lesson the following week (if available), or (if the teacher made the cancellation) given as a credit next month.

In the case of cancellations made without 48 hours of notice, lessons will only be rescheduled at the teacher's discretion. If there are exceptional circumstances (accident, bereavement etc...), and if there are still slots available, the teacher will try his utmost to accommodate.
